After enduring many losses myself, I can honestly say that God has helped me rise from the turmoil and anguish I suffered from not properly addressing my mental health issues.

On my spiritual journey to healing, I have developed a lot of new friendships and found a community that I consider my family that is committed to helping others heal... most of all, they found me!

I am using the gift that God has blessed me with to tell my story in hopes that it will eventually help others!
